Day 1 of P90x3...oh my I'm going to hurt tomorrow!!

Day 1 of P90x3 is done!!  I must say it is definitely going to challenge me!  

Here is my advice after the first night:  DON'T stress if you can't do MOST of the workout, focus on getting the technique down and do the best that you can.  If you try to do EVERYTHING that the totally fit people on the video do you will probably get pretty discouraged!  So just do what you can do even if it is one of everything and it will get better I PROMISE!!
