Bake 6-12 eggs in muffin tin for 20-25 minutes!
I bake them and keep them in the fridge for easy breakfasts or snacks. Eat them cold or heat in the microwave for 15-30 seconds!

Once the challenge group is full. I create a private facebook group and add all of my new challengers to it. This is where we will each check-in daily with our sweaty workout pics ;) or just a quick update if that's more your thing---- we share our favorite healthy meals and recipes, grocery lists for those that need a jump start to clean eating, share struggles and ask questions, and just support each other and stay motivated and excited about little daily victories! This will go on for the duration of your program so you won't fall off the wagon like you might have done in the past!
Challenge groups are by far my favorite part about being a coach! It allows me to help you reach your goals and create a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable! It's amazing the bonds that are made in these groups as we work our butts off together, share our victories AND our moments of defeat, and most importantly finish the programs together with awesome 'after pics' to show for it!
