
I wanted to share a delicious dinner recipe we had for dinner today! I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
Herbed Turkey Cutlet
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon liquid-egg substitute
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon sage, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, dried
- 4 1/2 ounces turkey cutlet, raw
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a shallow baking pan or sheet with cooking spray.
- Mix together egg substitute and 1/2 tsp. of the mustard. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sage, and rosemary.
- Dredge turkey cutlet first in the egg substitute mixture, then in the flour mixture to coat evenly. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until turkey is cooked through.
- Combine sour cream and remaining 1/2 tsp. of mustard. Drizzle sour cream mixture over the cooked turkey to serve, or use as a dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 broccoli spears, raw
- 1/2 teaspoon spread, buttery, low-fat
- Steam broccoli on stove or in microwave until crisp tender.
- Top with melted spread.
Quick & Easy Couscous
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup couscous, cooked
- 3/4 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley, fresh, chopped
- Prepare couscous per package directions, Portion out 2/3 cup.
- Drizzle with olive oil and parsley.
