WHY!?!

So here is a little advice!  I was talking to my sister and mom last night.  They are both on this P90x3 plan with me and they were having a rough day yesterday.  The diet and workouts were catching up with them, so they came to me and said what do we do.  Here is what I shared with them, it is what I have learned in my time as a coach...  

You need to find your WHY!  

Why are you doing this diet and workout?  Why do you want to start a new diet and workout?  What is motivating you?  For all of us it is usually something bigger then we realize.  

I wanted to become a coach because I wanted to help people love fitness as much as I do.  I want to help people to achieve their goals, but I also want to help people realize their WHY!  I want to help them to not only reach their goals but make a lifestyle change and overcome whatever is holding them back.  

I made my mom and sister think about what their WHY was and told them to focus on that!  You need a bigger picture then just working out and dieting to help you get through the hard days!  So focus on your why, go write it down and mount it somewhere so you see it every day!  I promise it will help you get through the days when you want to grab the gallon of ice cream sit on your couch and give up!
